Presenting the Right Candidates:
- We screen all applicant CVs.
- Our consultants speak to all suitable applicants and conduct initial telephone interviews. After assessing suitability and expectations, relevant applicants will be invited in for further discussion
- We ask candidates to map their skills and experiences against the job specification, which is also provided to clients to support the candidates application for the role
- We liaise with the client regarding suitable applicants, and submit the best matched and highest quality CVs.
- We will organise interview dates and times that suit both client and applicant.
- All interviews are confirmed in writing, including maps, literature and website information where available and relevant.
- Interview facilities are provided at our offices if requested.
- After taking a detailed de-brief from applicants after interview, comments are fed back to the client. We also assess the response from the client and relay this back to the candidate.
- After the employment decision has been made, we continue contact with both applicant and client to confirm offer details, start date etc. This communication continues until the applicant starts with the company.
- An invoice is submitted to the client when the successful applicant accepts the job offer made by the client
